Tryouts for the 2010-2011 Heartbeats Team
Are you interested in becoming a member of the Heartbeats? Do you want to be part of a team that develops skills and builds character? A team that competes nationally and internationally? Now is the time to come to the Heartbeats tryouts! Two tryouts sesssions: May 17 and May 21, 2010 at Pinnacle Sports. You must tryout to be part of the team. More details here!
Summer Workshop
Register now for the Heartbeats Summer Workshops. Three separate workshops, Monday June 14, Wednesday June 15 and Friday June 18 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Workshops are for beginning, intermediate and advanced jumpers looking to learn new skills and have fun. Take one or take them all--everyone over the age of seven is welcome! You do not need to be on a team to attend these workshops. More info here!

Heartbeats in Macy's Thanksgiving Parade
The World Famous Heartbeats marched their way into the 83d Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on November 26, 2009. While the Heartbeats have marched and jumped in the Football Hall of Fame Parade in Canton, the Fiesta Bowl Parade in Arizona and the Jingle
Elf Parade in Chicago; this was the biggest Parade ever! Coached by Heartbeats Coach Pam Evans, this year's entry included jumpers from across America, under the banner "Team USA Jump Rope." Official Parade website here!

Heartbeat Teaches Jump Rope in Tanzania
Heartbeat
Mike Fry is in Tanzania bringing the sport of Jump Rope to a new country. He reports that
in his first week, he worked with the kids at Morogoro International school, and local schools in Mwembesongo, Mtawala
and Mchikichini. "The kids have been great," he says, "full of energy and eager to learn." Since then, he has taught in Dar es Salaam, Iringa and Moshi. In December, 2009, he was joined by three jumpers from South Africa! Visit his website here!
